Barbieri LFP / T42
- Never switch on LFP with T-42 mounted. During initialization, The LFP moves the lowered head, resulting in scratches visible one time at a time.
- Only the up-and-down mode should be used, which, although it is slower, ensures the highest measurement accuracy and protects against mechanical dragging of the slides on the target surface. Never use default fast scan mode for scanning T-42. Also, the contactless method is not recommended
- if possible we recommend using an electrostatic holder
