Training Prerequisites for a Successful Launch
First Training: Configuring the System – Train the Trainer
Audience:
This onboarding session is for the system's Administrator Expert(s). Multiple participants can have administrative privileges, though one individual should be identified as the single point of accountability. Others can be considered backups to the primary individual and provided login credentials.
Role of the Administrator Expert(s):
- Act as leaders (trainers) within the organization to define and manage system users (staff) who will operate the platform.
- Configure printing devices and associated instruments that operators will utilize.
- Direct installation of the Capture Software
Goal of the Session
The primary goal is defining the Color Quality Control Program and establishing a clear success roadmap. This session ensures:
- Proper system configuration.
- Defining the Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices. (Ie. Control strips, define print condition, tolerances, etc.)
- Create clear roadmap for the rollout to the broader organization. Training Programs using eLearning, webinars, Step-by-Steps
Prerequisite Tasks for Onsite Activities
1) Installation of Capture and/or CC Uploader Software
2) Importing of measurement data by Manual method, Capture Software, and/or CC Uploader
Remote Onboarding Session
This session serves as:
- A platform to finalize system configuration.
- A strategic discussion to plan the next steps for rolling out the program organization-wide.
After this session, the Train-the-Trainer process begins, forming the first step toward Expert Certification.
