Troubleshooting Spectro 1 Bridge
- Check if the battery is fully charged.
- Be sure that you have admin privileges to install software
- Check if the device driver is properly installed in your system
— on Windows go to Device Manager
— on Mac enter System Information
If the driver is not installed properly get it from the Silicon Las page here (go to the "Downloads" tab) - If the problem still exists contact support@chromachecker.com
