i1Display / Calibrite Display
A second instrument for the screen, so the good one stays on the sheet.
This plugin adds display colorimeters - i1Display Pro, Calibrite Display, SpyderX, Klein K10-A - as supplementary instruments, used for measuring screens.
What it does for you
Many spectrophotometers cannot measure a display at all, and the ones that can are usually the instrument you need on the press sheet. A cheap colorimeter on the monitor lets both jobs happen at once.
It also makes display calibration something you can do daily rather than when the good instrument is free.
What you can do
- Measure display white point and luminance
- Serve display calibration and E-Factor analysis
- Sits alongside your main instrument - it does not replace it, and the application knows which is which
Getting started
Enable i1Display / Calibrite Display in the Plugin Manager and connect the colorimeter over USB.
